DMCA Policy

MarsAI respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable frameworks.

1. Designated agent. Send all copyright notices to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". This is the only channel that starts the DMCA clock; support forms and Discord messages do not.

2. What MarsAI hosts. MarsAI is a routing layer. We do not host, index, cache for public access, or distribute third-party copyrighted content. Model outputs are generated transiently at request time and, except for temporary response reuse for identical requests, are not persisted. If you believe output generated by an upstream model infringes your rights, your notice should identify the specific request/output; we will act on our layer (blocking, restricting, or terminating access) and pass the matter to the upstream provider where appropriate.

3. Notice requirements. A valid notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed; (b) identification of the material on marsai.click claimed infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. request identifiers, timestamps, model name); (c) your contact information (address, phone, email); (d) a statement of good-faith belief the use is unauthorized by the owner, its agent, or law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; (f) your physical or electronic signature.

4. Action. Valid, complete notices are actioned within a reasonable time, typically disabling the implicated account or capability pending resolution. We notify the account holder of the action and provide your notice to them.

5. Counter-notice. An affected account may submit a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the disabled material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the disablement was mistaken or misidentified, contact information, consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and a signature. On a valid counter-notice we may restore access unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

6. Repeat infringers. Accounts subject to repeat valid infringement notices are terminated permanently without refund of any balance.

7. Bad-faith notices. Knowingly materially false notices or counter-notices make the sender liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
