Abuse & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It defines what you may not do with MarsAI and what happens when you do.

1. Prohibited content and conduct. You must not use MarsAI, directly or through derivatives, to create, distribute, or facilitate: content that is illegal under applicable law; sexual content involving minors or any CSAM (zero tolerance — we report to NCMEC/authorities); malware, ransomware, or exploit development for malicious use; phishing, fraud, or credential theft; targeted harassment, doxxing, or credible threats; spam or mass-manipulation content (astroturfing, fake engagement); instructions for weapons of mass destruction or illicit physical harm; content that violates any upstream provider's usage policy when routed through that provider; or any use in violation of sanctions or export controls, including use from sanctioned jurisdictions.

2. Prohibited technical behavior. No sharing, selling, sublicensing, or public posting of API keys; no automated extraction of models or pricing at scale; no load, penetration, or vulnerability testing of marsai.click or upstream providers without written permission; no circumvention of rate limits, credit checks, or account gates (including multi-accounting to evade enforcement or free-tier limits); no resale of the service as-is or rebranding without written agreement; no automated bulk account creation.

3. Enforcement. We operate detection for abuse patterns (request signatures, hashed IPs and user agents, account graphs). Response is at our sole discretion and may include: rate capping, feature suspension, account suspension pending review, or immediate permanent termination without refund of any balance. We may preserve request metadata as evidence and disclose it to authorities when legally required or for a security emergency.

4. Reporting abuse. Report to [email protected] with subject "Abuse Report" — include account identifiers, timestamps, and evidence. Copyright matters go through the DMCA process instead. We acknowledge reports by email; we do not disclose enforcement details about third-party accounts.

5. Appeals. Wrongfully flagged accounts may appeal once to the same address with subject "Abuse Appeal". Our decision on appeal is final.
